Dr. Roopal Bhatt, M.D.
Dr. Bhatt is a board-certified Dermatologist, Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is a member of Austin Dermatologic Society, Travis County Medical Society and Texas Medical Association.

From 2005 to 2007, she was in private practice in Manhattan and Long Island, NY, and also was a Clinical Assistant Professor for the North Shore University Hospital.
After moving from NYC to the Four Points area in northwest Austin in 2007, she saw a need in this community and beyond for further comprehensive dermatologic care…thus begins the start of Four Points Dermatology.
Dr. Bhatt brings much experience from her years in a multitude of private and academic practices, providing care for patients of all ethnicities and ages.
Aside from being happily married with two young children, Dr. Bhatt enjoys thinking of free time, running, traveling, and re-reading the Harry Potter series.
Jill Hude, P.A.
Jill Hude, a Certified Physician Assistant, earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
Jill has specialized dermatology training and has worked in the field of dermatology since 2005. She is experienced in performing comprehensive skin exams as well as diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions. She is skilled in performing biopsies, excisions and cryotherapy.
Jill is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and maintains that certification with board examination every six years. She also completes 100 hours of continued medical education every two years. She is licensed by the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners.
Jill is a Diplomate member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. To reach the designation of Diplomate within the group, she completed the Distance Learning Initiative which is a web-based formal dermatology educational program. Jill is a member of the Central Texas Dermatology Physician Assistants, Central Texas Physician Assistants, Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants.
In her free time, Jill enjoys reading, yoga and listening to live music. She, along with her husband and daughter, has a goal of visiting all of the US National Parks.
Megan Bell, P.A.
Megan Bell is a Certified Physician Assistant who earned her Master’s degree at the University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia. While in West Virginia she had the privilege of studying and practicing rural medicine while serving the underprivileged population, which allowed her to see a wide range of dermatological conditions. She also studied dermatology in Florida with Board Certified Physicians who specialized in skin cancers.
While in her Master’s, Megan was an American Academy of Physician Assistants Veteran’s Caucus and Veteran’s Affairs scholar.
Megan received a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University, where she also studied classical voice performance and performed in the Florida State Opera.
She is experienced in performing comprehensive skin exams as well as diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions. She is skilled in performing biopsies, excisions and cryotherapy. Megan is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and maintains that certification with board examination every ten years. She also completes 100 hours of continued medical education every two years. She is licensed by the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners, as well as being a Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants Fellow.
Megan is new to the Austin area and was recently married to Matthew, a music theorist at the University of Texas in Austin. Megan enjoys going to local trivia nights, seeing as many movies as she can, and napping with her chihuahua, Doolittle.
